Good morning lovelies! Today I have my first winter manicure to show you. On last week we finally got below zero degrees in Finland which literally means winter time for me. This winter so far has been a PITA, especially as I'm a winter lover and I love my snow, snippy frosty weather, dark, candles and such. The one thing we are missing is SNOW! I wanted to celebrate the first frost, so wintery nails it is! For this look I used Depend #228 which in my opion is the perfect frosty blue with the subtle silver shimmer. I bought this polish in the beginning of autumn just to make winter manicures. :D
Huomenta muruset.

That is beautiful! And that blue base colour is so perfect!
ReplyDeleteVery gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love this! It's a perfect winter manicure :-) I think I have a similar image on a Bundle Monster plate but I'd never thought about using it for a winter manicure like this. I can't wait to try! But I'm waiting a couple of weeks until I start my winter manicures. I only did my first autumn one this week!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I put in my inspiration folder. :) Over here we are having the most beautiful indian summer (after having a really crappy actual summer), so I'm totally not in the winter mood yet!
ReplyDeleteIhanat kynnet :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so stunning!! I love snow and this blue is just perfect-like when the snow sometimes looks blue in certain light-really nice job!
ReplyDeletewaw looks zo pretty, love it.
ReplyDeleteThese match your background and banner beautifully! Very pretty!
ReplyDeletevery pretty and winter-y :D
ReplyDeleteUgh I'm from Slovenia and we have below zero also and it sucks. It is soooo cold, but no snow, awful. And omg, I never realized you are from Finland, (along with Sweden) it's my favorite country <3
ReplyDeleteLove the nails too :)
Wow...what a great inspiration for winter mani's!
ReplyDeletevery sweet for winter. i like it
ReplyDeleteLindsey R: Thank you so much!
ReplyDeletePadgettFarm: Thans!
Laura: Ooh, on which BM plate?! I think I have skipped it, haha. I was a bit iffy about using this stamp as well as it was surrounded by summery flowers... But it works okay as a snowflake!
Mnemo: Awh, indian summer? I couldn't handle that during these "winter months". I'm traditional and I do love the fact I live on the Northern part of the world. :)
Rose: Kiitos!
Fingers: We just got some snow this morning and I want to redo this manicure already! It's the blue moment going on right now. :)
Shannara: Thanks!
mrsrexy: Thank you gorgeous!
Eleobel: Thank you, that was the plan ;)
moonchild: Tell me about it! Winter-time and coldness without snow is so awful, bleak and depressing... Can't wait to get more snow!
MagiccCat ★: Thank you! :)
Wow! I wouldn't mind having this on my nails now! Great mani! The base color is very lovely!
ReplyDeleteWhat a LOVELY LOOK!
ReplyDeleteYou sure have a knack for stamping! It always looks classy!
Pauline - omgnoodles: Thank you so much! The base if absolutely perfect, I agree with you on that. :)
ReplyDeleteMarta: Thank you! You're a darling. <3
