Kleancolor swatches part IV

Hi all my lovelies! How have you guys been? I took a few days off from the blogging world and was surprised to see I'm almost at 600 readers! Was quite shocking to notice that. Hi and welcome for all the new readers! :)

Now, let's continue with the Kleancolor swatches! I'm almost done, today is the last "themed" swatch post and the next one will be more random, showing the colors that don't actually fit in any category.  I'll try to post the remaining ones on here tomorrow and friday to get them all over and done with. ;)

Today's "theme" is browns, aka Kleancolor's coffee related colors. Of course, I had to get me all of those. During the past year I have developed a twisted relationship with brown lacquers in general. I just need to have them and most of the time they are my go-to polishes. Swatches under the cut!

Cafe Au Lait - Two coats
Cafe Au Lait
Let's start with the lightest one called Cafe Au Lait. And doesn't this really just look exactly like that?! I fell in loev with this color on the bottle and it does translate nicely on the nails, even though my skintone makes it look more yellowy and it really is. I had no difficulties with this polish, first coat was a bit streaky but it evened itself out quite nicely without any topcoat. Two coats was all it needed. By the way, why is it that men hate this kind of colors so much?!

Mocha - two coats
Mocha
Next one we have is Mocha, nice brownish nude, that shares some similarities with Models Own's Nude Beige, this one is a bit darker. This one was a bit on the thicker side but it was easy to control just as long the brush strokes were light as air. However, I don't like this consistancy at all, so this polish indeed has a date with Mr. Thinner. Because the thickness, this covered with two coats but after thinner, I believe it will be three coats. The bottle picture is a bit too light, the photo with the polish on the nails is more color accurate.

Cappuccino - two coats
Cappuccino
Here's my favorite color of the punch called Cappuccino! Cappuccino is a gorgeous brown with red undertones, absolutely beautiful. The polish was easy to control, the thickness was just perfect.and the polish covered with two coats. I don't know why but somehow this polish makes me think of politicans' wives! I think this would be perfect for tasks like that, classic and beautiful, yet not too eye-catching.

Coffee - three coats
Coffee
Now here's a name I had to think for a while before it opened up to me. Coffee? Yes, fresh coffee beans right out of the bush. I was a bit iffy about this color when I was selecting the colors I wanted and I'm glad I finally decided to go for this. Coffee is a beautiful red with a hint of brown in it which makes it unique enough for me to like as I don't have that many reds. Coffee also has a subtle, hidden shimmer, you can barely spot it on the photo. Sophisticated, perfect for autumn, in my opinion. The first coat was on the sheer side but the polish was almost perfect with two coats. I did add third one to make it perfect.

Espresso - two coats
Espresso
Last but not least we have Espresso, gorgeous warm reddish brown, almost coppery color with golden shimmer. On the bottle this color looks browner but I do love how the redness of it shows through on the nails. Espresso was easy to work with and the coverage of it was perfect, just two thin coats were enough to make this polish opaque.

And that's all for today! Which one of the polishes is your favorite? :)
